  • 750 gr. different sorts of meat.
  • 4 onions.
  • 4 pickled cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes.
  • Bay leaf.
  • Pepper.
  • Lemon.
  • Brine.

  • Wash all ingredients.

  • Cut Onions and fried them until brown.

  • Cut cucumbers and tomatoes, after that add them into the pan and stir for a couple of minutes.
